Call extension 8888 from your phone and call the communication room (T.2000) if you can't make a call. When you make a call, ask for your mailbox number and password. The default setting is the extension you use. Go in and change your password.

How to forward calls from your phone
There are 3 ways to call a general phone and a multi-functional phone.
1. To transfer all calls, pick up the phone and register it in the order of #39 (Mobile Number)#.
When switching to extension, you can register as #3 (extension number).
To release, pick up the receiver and release it to #4.
2. When converting calls from busy calls, hold the phone.
Register as #59 (cell phone number)#, and if it is an extension, you can do it as #5 (extension number).
The way to release is to pick up the phone and release it to #6.
3. How to switch calls after the ring rings for a specified time
Pick up the phone and register it as #79 (cell phone number)#, and if it's extension #7 (extension number)
You can register. To release, pick up the receiver and release it to #8.

The exchanger used by KAIST is Samsung Exchange, which is limited in storage space by the Samsung Exchange Development Team, so the number generated before the storage space is completed is provided, but the phone generated after that is not provided.

How to select (Ring, No Ring) on a multifunctional phone
If your phone is (DS-5021), use the top seven buttons with three rows of keys from the left of the third row to the sixth key.
If (DS-5014), select the second row left-to-sixth key from the top seven double-lined buttons.
